Mandarin Oriental, Geneva announces its collaboration with the first Japanese chef to have been awarded the maximum three Michelin stars at his Paris restaurant Kei.

Kei’s menu consists of a three course-menu. This gourmet dining experience includes:

  • a miso soup with shimeji mushrooms and baby leek,
  • Kei’s chirashi made with wagyu beef, eel and prawn,
  • a matcha green tea tiramisu.
